Would you like to develop your strength and cardiovascular fitness, improve your posture, mobility, and flexibility, enhance your coordination and balance, focus your mind, sharpen your quick thinking, learn, and hone your technique?
You can do all this while being energised by beautiful, uplifting,
and fun music, which always makes exercising so much more enjoyable.
Dance has been found to be not only good for your physical fitness, but your brain, too, reducing stress and anxiety, which in turn boosts your mood and increases your energy and vitality levels.
It raises your feelings of social bonding, which in turn can promote your sense of well-being and enhance your self-esteem.
Does this sound like the perfect medicine? What isn't there to love!
You will be warmly welcomed into this joyful Dance Family that we have created.
Everyone in the room has had to walk into that 'first class', we all understand.
I believe that everyone should have dance in their lives; you will not look back.
About Me
Dedicated Teacher of Adult Dance
I established Louise Gould Adult Dance in 2007, three years after I completed my training to attain my Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher Status.
Following my childhood RAD and IDTA training at The Jacqueline School of Dance, and after gaining my Business Studies degree, I worked as a Trading Analyst for 15 years. I became an enthusiastic adult dancer, always seeking opportunities to continue my enjoyment of dance, but I felt something was missing. I decided to take the plunge and fully immerse myself back into the dance world, and being able to teach dance has allowed me to realise a richly rewarding and fulfilling second career.
I fully understand the importance of finding welcoming and supportive adult dance classes that take your passion seriously, and I firmly believe that
Dance is for everyone.
I absolutely love teaching adults!
It brings me great pleasure to see their confidence and technique grow as they discover the incredible benefits of dance on the body, mind, and soul.
Don't be nervous, don't miss out - get in touch and make dance a joyful part of your life too.
